Description
The silver SL-1200MK2 is the classic DJ deck. If a vinyl DJ has a picture of a turntable in their head, it’s this one.
It uses a quartz-locked direct drive motor with 1.5 kg/cm of starting torque, reaching speed in 0.7 seconds. You get 33⅓ and 45 rpm, a ±8% continuously variable pitch fader and a universal S-shaped tonearm that takes standard headshells.
It’s a good fit for all-vinyl nights, soul and disco sets, weddings and brand launches where the booth is on show. Hire a pair with a mixer and cartridges, or tell us what the DJ plays and we’ll spec the booth.
