These are the terms for using fulltilt.london. They are separate from our Hire Terms and Conditions, which cover the hire itself, and our Privacy Policy, which covers your details.

A request is not a booking
Sending a hire request through the website does not book any kit and does not form a contract. It tells us what you would like and when. We check it against our stock and come back to you with a quote. A hire is only confirmed as set out in our Hire Terms and Conditions: once you have accepted a written quotation or booking confirmation and paid any deposit we ask for.
No payment is taken through the website.
Kit listings
We do our best to keep the catalogue accurate, but listings, photographs, specifications and availability are for guidance. Kit may be out on another job, in for service or superseded by a newer model. Where that happens we will tell you and suggest an alternative. Photographs may show accessories or configurations that are not included as standard.
The website does not show prices. Every price is confirmed on your quote.
Using the site
You may browse the site, build a hire list and send us requests for genuine enquiries about hiring kit or working with us. You may not use the site to send false or repeated requests, to copy the catalogue for another business, to interfere with how the site works, or for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice, and we may change the catalogue at any time.
Our content
The text, photographs, logos, design and code on this site belong to Full Tilt or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy, reuse or publish them without our written permission, other than saving or printing pages for your own reference while you deal with us. Manufacturer names and product names belong to their owners and are used to describe the kit.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, such as manufacturers or social media, we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your details.
Liability for the website
We provide the website as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it, other than where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Liability for a hire is governed by the Hire Terms and Conditions, not this page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
