Description
Every show network needs a decent switch at its heart. The Elation (Obsidian Control) Netron NS8 is an 8-port gigabit managed switch made for entertainment networks, with support for Art-Net, sACN, Dante and console networks such as MA-Net and HogNet.
It has a 100W PoE budget, so it can power nodes like our EN4 and EN12 straight down the network cable. It lives in a half-rack aluminium housing, it’s convection cooled so there’s no fan noise, and it has a web page for configuration.
Use it to tie desks, nodes and media servers together on festival stages, gigs and corporate shows. Send us your network plan and we’ll help spec the rest.
