Description
The GX4816 is Allen & Heath’s big stagebox. It puts 48 mic inputs and 16 line outputs on stage and sends everything to FOH over one Cat cable, instead of a heavy analogue multicore.
It runs at 96kHz and works with SQ, dLive, Avantis and 96kHz Qu desks. The preamps have phantom indicators and a -20 dB pad, the outputs are relay-protected, and two DX ports let you add more expanders or the ME personal monitor system. It’s plug-and-play: the desk handles setup and firmware. It has rack ears built in.
