Description
The Sound Devices MixPre-6 is a compact multitrack recorder that sound recordists trust on location. It records clean, broadcast-quality audio from mics or a desk feed, and fits in a bag.
It has four XLR/jack combo inputs with Sound Devices’ Kashmir preamps, records up to eight tracks, and doubles as a USB audio interface for a laptop. It can run on AA batteries, USB power or mains.
Use it to record talks and panels, capture a multitrack of a gig from the desk, or run sound for interviews and film shoots. Add our Rode NTG3 or lavalier mics, or send us the brief.
