When we work together, we keep the quotes, booking confirmations, invoices, emails and notes that come with a hire, and the delivery or venue details needed to get kit to you.
When you browse the site, our systems record technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view. See Cookies below.
We do not ask for, and do not want, card details through the website. No payment is taken online.

Who we share it with
We share your details only with the companies that help us run Full Tilt, and only as much as each one needs.
- Rentman, the rental management software where our hire requests, quotes, bookings and customer records live. Rentman is based in the Netherlands.
- Xero, our accounting software, and the accountants who work with us on it. They see the details needed for invoicing, such as name, company, contact details and what was hired.
- Microsoft 365, which runs our email.
- SendLayer, which delivers the emails our website sends, such as your hire request confirmation.
- Our website host, WordPress.com and Jetpack, which run the site, deliver its images and provide visitor statistics.
- Cloudflare, which protects the site and manages its domain.
- Venues, couriers and freelance crew, where they need a contact name, phone number or address to deliver, collect or set up kit for your event. Freelance crew do not have access to our customer records.
- Insurers, professional advisers and authorities, where a claim, a legal duty or a court requires it.
Some of these companies store data outside the UK, including in the European Union and the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK’s data adequacy decisions or by the standard contractual safeguards the UK requires.
How long we keep it
We keep records of your enquiries and hires as a history of the work we have done together, so a repeat booking is quicker and we can answer questions about a past job. Invoices and other financial records are kept for at least six years, as HMRC requires.
If you would rather we did not keep your details, ask us. We will delete or anonymise everything we are not legally required to keep, and we will tell you what we have to hold on to and for how long.
How we look after it
Only Full Tilt staff can see customer records. Freelance crew who work with us on events do not have access to them. The website uses HTTPS, our systems are protected by passwords and two step sign in where it is offered, and we limit access to what each person needs to do their job.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us:
- for a copy of the information we hold about you
- to correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- to delete your details
- to stop or limit how we use them
- for your details in a format you can take elsewhere
- to object to any use based on our legitimate interests
Email hello@fulltilt.london and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential. The site remembers the kit in your hire list, your hire dates and where you were in a category while you browse. This uses a session cookie and your browser’s own storage, is needed for the site to work, and is cleared when you close the tab or your session ends. No consent is needed for this and nothing in it identifies you personally.
Statistics. We use Jetpack Stats, a WordPress.com service, to count visits and see which pages are popular. It records your IP address and the page you viewed. We use these numbers to improve the site and nothing else.
No advertising. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and there are no social media trackers on the site. Links to Instagram and Facebook are plain links.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though the hire list may not follow you between pages.
Children
The website and our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will tell you.
