Xirium Pro is Neutrik’s wireless cable replacement. Instead of running a multicore across a road, a river or through a listed building, you send the audio through the air in real time.
It works in the licence-free 5 GHz band, carries uncompressed 24-bit/48kHz audio with around 3.6ms of latency, and uses interchangeable input and output modules for analogue, AES or Dante. One transmitter can feed multiple receivers, as long as they have line of sight. The base stations run on internal batteries or mains power.
