A DMX adapter with a 3-pin male XLR on one end and a 5-pin female on the other. It lets you join 3-pin kit into a 5-pin DMX run.
Lots of fixtures, hazers and effects still use 3-pin, so a few of these in the cable box saves a lot of hassle on get-in day.
