Description
The C451 B is a reference small-diaphragm condenser with a crisp top end that’s become a favourite on hi-hats, overheads and acoustic guitar.
It’s a cardioid condenser with a 20Hz to 20kHz response and it handles up to 155 dB SPL. There’s a switchable pad (-10 or -20 dB) and a bass-cut filter at 75Hz or 150Hz. It runs on phantom power from 9V to 52V.
Use it on drums, percussion, acoustic guitar and strings at gigs, theatre and recording sessions. Order a pair for stereo overheads, and add stands or a stereo bar to the hire.
